Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
   These terms apply to all remote services offered by mike flam GmbH, including Energy Work (Body Code) and Support & Structure.

2. Agreement
   A booking is confirmed upon written or verbal agreement (email, message, or call).

3. Prices & Payment
   Prices are agreed individually and stated in CHF. Energy Work sessions are paid in advance. Support services are invoiced and due within 10 days.

4. Cancellations
   Rescheduling is always possible. Since sessions are paid in advance, refunds are not standard – but your session remains valid until we find a new date.

5. Energy Work – Disclaimer
   Energy Work is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results may vary. I assume no liability for health-related outcomes.

6. Liability
   My liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

7. Privacy
   Personal data is processed in accordance with my privacy policy at www.mikeflam.ch/legal-privacy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
