I'm Mike – also a computer scientist, self-employed for over ten years, and before that spent a long time in support and quality management at Hewlett-Packard. Creating clarity is the common thread through everything I do: in image, in energy, and here, in the day-to-day of my clients.
When something's stuck – technically, organizationally, or both – I step in, think it through with you, and develop solutions that actually work.

All packages are fixed prices – no tracking hours, no open end. You know upfront what it costs and what you get. If none of the packages fit your situation, write to me anyway – we'll figure out together what makes sense.

Research Request
CHF 120.-
You need specific information but don't want to spend hours searching for it yourself. You describe what you're looking for via a form - topic, context, focus. I'll review it, and if the request is a good fit, I'll send you the payment link. Once payment is received, I get started.
The result arrives concisely by email, within 48 hours of payment, ready to use. No call needed, no back and forth. If the topic turns out to be more extensive than expected, I'll send you what I've worked out so far, along with an assessment of how it could continue. You decide.

Clarity Session
CHF 180.-
Something's not working - organisationally, technically, or in your workflow. You know something's off, but aren't sure where to start. In a 60-75 minute video call we look at it together. I ask questions, listen, think it through with you - and bring structure to it. With your consent, the call is recorded, so I can focus fully and don't miss anything afterwards.
Within 24 hours you'll receive a written summary. After that, there's a short follow-up call of 15-30 minutes to align on next steps and clarify any open questions.
Payment via Stripe, we'll coordinate the appointment by email.

Focus Session
CHF 420.-
This is no longer about talking - you want to actually tackle a specific area. A process, a filing system, a tool setup, a workflow that never quite worked. Together we define at the start what should be in place by the end of the day. Then we work towards it directly for 3-4 hours - structured, focused, no going off on tangents.
Result: done, documented, ready to use. No follow-up call needed, no "we'll discuss that again later". Before booking, we'll briefly clarify by email whether the project is a good fit.
